Product Overview
Boxed Tissue Packing Machine, also known as automatic facial tissue cartoning machine, is specialized equipment for packing stacked facial tissues into paper boxes. It is widely used in the tissue paper industry to produce retail boxed facial tissue. This machine can connect with upstream tissue folding and cutting machines to form a fully automatic tissue production line, greatly cutting manual labor and stabilizing packaging quality.
Working Principle & Process
The whole workflow runs automatically in sequence. Vacuum suckers pick flat cartons from the magazine and erect the carton into shape. Stacked tissue bundles are delivered by conveyor to the cartoning station. A pushing mechanism inserts the tissue stack neatly into the opened box. After insertion, the box flaps are folded in order. Users can choose hot melt glue sealing or tuck-in flap sealing according to carton design. Finally, finished boxed tissues are discharged continuously for subsequent bundling or palletizing.
Main Features
The machine adopts PLC + touch screen control system, easy for operators to set parameters and monitor running status. Servo driving units ensure stable movement and precise positioning, reducing paper jam and carton damage. It supports fast specification change. Normally it takes only 10–20 minutes to adjust for different box sizes without replacing molds. Fault self-diagnosis and alarm function are equipped. The machine will stop and show alarm hints when abnormal feeding, missing carton or paper shortage occurs. Stainless steel and thick carbon steel frame guarantee long service life and easy cleaning.
