1.Product Overview 

Jumbo Roll Slitter Rewinder is roll-to-roll converting equipment specially developed for tissue paper processing. It unwinds wide parent jumbo rolls, slits the paper web into required narrow widths, and rewinds the slit paper onto paper cores to make finished small rolls automatically. 2. Working Principle 

The whole process is continuous and automatic.

1. Unwinding section: Hold the large jumbo parent roll, with automatic tension control and web guide correction to keep paper running straight without deviation.
2. Slitting section: Cut wide paper web into multiple strips by rotary shear knives. Slitting width can be adjusted quickly according to order demand.
3. Rewinding section: Rewind slit paper onto paper cores. Stable tension ensures finished rolls tight, even and no wrinkles.
