1. Product Overview
Core winder machine, also known as paper core winding machine, is specialized industrial equipment to produce spiral paper tubes by continuously winding multi-layer kraft paper around a mandrel with glue applied. It is widely matched with tissue paper, napkin, toilet paper and slitting rewinding production lines. The finished paper cores serve as supporting tubes for roll paper, adhesive tape, plastic film, textile and packaging materials. It can realize automatic paper feeding, gluing, winding, length measurement and online cutting, greatly reducing manual operation and improving tube consistency.
