Jumbo Roll Toilet Paper Rewinding Machine is professional core rewinding equipment for processing large jumbo parent rolls into finished toilet paper log rolls. It is the key host machine of the complete toilet paper production line, responsible for unwinding, embossing, perforating and precise rewinding of raw paper. This equipment is widely used in tissue factories for mass production of household toilet rolls, kitchen towel rolls and industrial paper rolls. With stable running performance and high automation, it effectively replaces manual rewinding, greatly improves production capacity and reduces production costs.
Working Principle & Process
The large jumbo raw paper roll is fixed on the pneumatic unwinding frame for stable paper releasing. The paper web passes through the embossing unit to form uniform pattern texture and enhance paper softness and thickness. Then the paper goes through the high-precision perforating device to create neat tearing lines at fixed intervals. After tension adjustment and paper deviation correction, the paper is evenly rewound on the paper tube to form standard log rolls. When the roll reaches the set outer diameter, the machine automatically stops rewinding, cuts the paper and completes roll changing. The finished log rolls are output continuously for subsequent slitting, packaging and other processes.

All parameters including rewinding speed, roll diameter, perforation spacing and embossing pressure can be set and adjusted digitally, with simple operation and intuitive data display. Equipped with automatic tension control system, which keeps consistent paper tightness during high-speed operation, effectively avoiding loose rolls, uneven thickness and paper wrinkling.
Support customizable embossing patterns and adjustable perforation distance to meet different market product standards. Pneumatic automatic paper cutting and core feeding structure reduce manual intervention and improve production efficiency. Equipped with automatic deviation correction and anti-breakage protection devices to reduce paper waste. The heavy-duty steel frame ensures stable high-speed operation, low vibration and low noise.
