This multi rolls toilet tissue packing machine is specially designed for packing rolled toilet paper, kitchen towel and other tissue rolls. It can automatically complete roll counting, feeding, film wrapping, sealing and cutting. Suitable for small and medium paper mills, tissue production lines, supporting toilet paper rewinding machines. Different packaging styles are optional, such as 4 rolls, 6 rolls, 8 rolls, 10 rolls, 12 rolls per bag.

Working Process 

1. Manual feeding of finished toilet rolls into the conveyor.
2. Machine automatically counts the rolls to set quantity.
3. Roll group transfers to wrapping station.
4. PE film wraps around tissue rolls.
5. Heat sealing and cutting to separate each package.
6. Finished packed bags output for collection.
