4. Working Principle
The whole paper log from the rewinding machine is stably transferred to the cutting station. The clamping mechanism firmly fixes the paper log to prevent displacement during cutting. The servo system precisely pushes the log forward according to the preset length parameter. The high-speed rotating circular saw blade cuts the paper log into standard finished rolls. After cutting, the finished products are automatically output through the conveyor. Meanwhile, the automatic grinding system regularly polishes the blade, and the defective head and tail materials are automatically removed to complete the whole intelligent cutting process.
